When will I receive my order?

We will send your item within 1-2 business days from our warehouses in Melbourne and/or Perth. Please check your tracking information provided via email for delivery updates.

Delivery times vary depending on your location however should be approximately within 5 business days within Australia and 10-15 business days to NZ. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have an urgent time frame and we will do our best to assist.

Do you offer International Shipping?

At this stage, we ship to Australia and NZ only (with the exception of some bulky items). We will be offering shipping to other countries in the near future.

Do you offer Free Gift Wrapping?

Yes we do! We would love to create a beautiful gift box for your loved one, acquaintance, colleague or friend. Our gift wrapping is free, within fair usage and for non - bulky, small items only, held in stock at our location in Perth. If our item is directly shipped from our suppliers or our Melbourne location, unfortunately we cannot offer gift wrapping.

To organise gift wrapping, please leave a comment in the checkout area stating you require gift wrapping and what you would like your gift card to say. We will contact you to clarify (if required) and if for some reason as mentioned above we cannot accommodate your request.

Please note it is always at our discretion to whether we can gift wrap your items, due to size, logistics or other.

Do you offer a Free Gift Registry?

Yes we do!

If you would like a free Gift registry for your Baby Shower, child's (or your!) Birthday, impending Baby arrival or for any other occasion, all you need to do is create one on our website via the Gift Registry tab located here.

From there it is easy to add products you love, and to share with your family and friends via a link, or on your invitations. You can add products to your registry even if they are currently sold out, however they will need to be in stock at the time your loved one orders from the registry (unless a pre-order item).

You are also welcome to contact us with any further questions you may have.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Yes we do! Our gift cards come in various denominations, are valid for 36 months and are emailed to the person of your choice.

I live in a remote area - do you deliver to me?

The majority of our items can be delivered to all areas (including remote) via Australia Post. However, some items are only shipped via courier due to size or logistics, and thus cannot be delivered to all areas. If you have any concerns before ordering, please email us at

If you do order and we cannot deliver due to your location, we will contact you to arrange a refund.
